Would u please inform us(me) about the progress solving clanbug. Are u working on it or what?

My two main chars have since the server breakdown last summer been trapped in old Eternal clan. Somehow server side clandata say they are in a clan even they are not. Invited to clan I get error 56, and going clanmaster gives error 58. I have sent 3-4 tickets about it , but just get the answer..u realize some have probs bla bla..!

I dont understand that u cant go into an account and manually clear all clandata for the account. We cant be that many with that problem. Use a day or two of ur busy time and make players happy.

Its a pain in the a** having two 9x chars and lvl them without any clanchat or clan party.
